Terms of Service for Soul Insights LLC and DBA: Soul Seeker Hypnosis

Welcome to Soul Insights LLC and DBA: Soul Seeker Hypnosis (collectively referred to as "we," "us," or "our"). By booking and participating in our hypnosis or Reiki sessions, you agree to the following Terms of Service:

1. Services Overview

We offer hypnosis and Reiki services to clients who voluntarily choose to engage in these sessions. These services are intended for relaxation, personal growth, and self-exploration purposes and are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.

2. Voluntary Participation

All services are provided to clients who attend of their own free will. Participation in our sessions indicates an understanding and acceptance of the nature of these services, as well as the associated terms and conditions.

3. Payment Policy

All services must be paid for in full at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, Venmo (for in-person bookings), and cash (for in-person bookings only).
We do not extend credit, bill clients, or work with insurance providers.

4. Cancellation Policy for Private Bookings

Time and space are held and honored for each client. If you are unable to attend your appointment, you must reschedule at least 24 hours before the scheduled time to avoid charges.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in a charge for the full session amount.
We do not offer refunds but are happy to work with clients to reschedule at a mutually convenient time.
Arriving more than 10 minutes late to your appointment will be considered a no-show and will be charged the full session amount.

5. Cancellation Policy for Group Events

Time and space are held with care and intention for all participants.
We do not offer refunds for group events. However, if you notify us at least 24 hours before the event, we will work with you to explore options for applying your registration fee to a future group session.
Group events begin promptly at the scheduled time. We recommend joining Zoom sessions 5–10 minutes early to ensure readiness.
Late arrivals may not be admitted after 10 minutes to maintain the sacred and focused space of the group.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Hypnosis and Reiki are complementary modalities and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or mental health conditions. Always consult with a licensed healthcare provider for such concerns.
Results from hypnosis and Reiki sessions may vary from person to person. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.
By booking our services, you agree to release Soul Insights LLC and DBA: Soul Seeker Hypnosis, its owners, employees, and contractors from any liability arising from your participation.

7. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and maintain strict confidentiality regarding your sessions and any personal information shared.
Exceptions to confidentiality include situations where disclosure is required by law (e.g., if there is a risk of harm to yourself or others).

8. Use of Client Sessions in Media

Client sessions are only shared on the Soulful Mystics Podcast or Soul Seeker Hypnosis social media platforms if explicit permission is provided by the client.
Permission is given via a client submission form, and clients are under no obligation to agree.
We respect your privacy and ensure that no details from your session will be disclosed without your consent.

9. Group Event Recording Consent

By participating in group events hosted by Soul Insights LLC or Soul Seeker Hypnosis, participants acknowledge that sessions may be recorded. These recordings may be used for promotional purposes, shared on social media, or made available for purchase on our website. If a participant does not wish to be included in the recording, they are responsible for notifying us in writing prior to the event and turning off their camera and microphone during the session.

10. Code of Conduct

Clients are expected to treat practitioners and other participants (in group events) with respect.
Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in termination of services without refund.

11. All Sales Are Final

All purchases made for services, events, or recordings through Soul Insights LLC and Soul Seeker Hypnosis are final. We do not offer refunds for completed sessions, group events, or digital products, including recordings. By booking and purchasing, clients acknowledge and agree to this policy. If extenuating circumstances arise, please contact us to discuss potential rescheduling options.

12. Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Mini Oracle Readings, full Oracle Readings, and any other intuitive offerings provided by Soul Insights LLC and Soul Seeker Hypnosis are intended for personal reflection, inspiration, and entertainment purposes only. These services are not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Clients are responsible for their own decisions and actions based on the insights received. Soul Insights LLC and its practitioners are not liable for any outcomes or consequences resulting from the use of these services.
