Past life regression hypnosis (PLR) is a technique used to help individuals explore and uncover soul memories or experiences from their past lives. They are able to gain insights that will help them in this lifetime. It's a bridge to explore the memories and experiences of their soul, to heal the past and the present. This deep level of healing allows clients to release any old beliefs or negative energies that are holding them back, opening them up to a greater connection with their soul self. And not to mention, it’s fun! And not just fun, it’s absolutely fascinating!
It’s important to know that these hypnosis sessions are Divinely guided and tailored to the client's needs. From the moment a client books a session, their Spirit Team collaborates with mine to design an experience that aligns with their highest good. As each individual is on their own unique path, the session is personalized to provide the client precisely what they need at that particular moment. The client needs only to be open, unwind, let go, and have faith in their Higher Power.
The process of a PLR involves inducing a hypnotic trance and guiding the client through visualization exercises and suggestions to access their past life memories. During a PLR, the client is usually asked to relax and focus on their breathing while the facilitator guides them through various mental exercises to help them access their subconscious mind. The individual may then experience vivid images, sensations, or emotions from what they perceive as their past life. It is very similar to what a day dream feels like.
The Client
A common concern among clients is their ability to be hypnotized. It's important to acknowledge that if a person doesn't want to be hypnotized, it's unlikely to happen. However, the key to a successful hypnosis session is simply being receptive and willing to follow the guided visualizations and cues while focusing on the facilitator’s voice. It's important to have patience, especially during the first session when it may take longer to reach a trance state. Additionally, practicing altered states of consciousness such as hypnosis, meditation, and yoga can make the process easier over time, but it's not a requirement.
To further improve their virtual session experience, clients can "set the scene" in a few ways. The advantage of having a virtual session is that clients are in their own personal space and can make themselves as comfortable as they desire. This can include wearing comfortable clothing and an eye mask, safely lighting candles, burning incense, or diffusing essential oils, and playing soft, relaxing music in the background. To ensure an uninterrupted session, clients should schedule it for a time when they can be in a quiet space with their phone on silent.

Discussion
To begin our session, the client and I will engage in a discussion to address any questions they may have and for me to understand the direction they wish to take during the session. It's beneficial to have a specific goal or intention in mind to ensure the client gets the most out of the session. However, if they're uncertain or prefer to keep an open mind, that's perfectly acceptable too. A simple request such as "Show me an experience that will serve who I am in my life today" or "Help me access an experience that aligns with my current life circumstances" can suffice. Additionally, if the client wants to be more specific, that's great as well. Whether it's parenting, stress, relationships, career, decision-making, or any other area of life, all of these can be used as an intention.
During these sessions, the client can gain valuable insights and guidance on their life situations while also releasing any trapped emotions and facilitate healing. It's important to note that everyone has unique spiritual beliefs, and as the facilitator, I will use language and perspectives that respect and honor the client's values and beliefs.
Trance
In order to induce a trance state, I will guide the client through what is known as an induction process. This involves using visualization techniques and progressive relaxation to facilitate a hypnotic state of deep relaxation. The experience is akin to a guided meditation, with the aim of bypassing the conscious mind and accessing the subconscious.
Scenes
During a PLR, we typically encounter 3-4 distinct life “scenes” within a given experience. Each regression is unique, but as the facilitator, my role is to guide the client through each scene by asking open-ended questions to help them focus on and uncover more details and perspectives. It's not uncommon to encounter uncomfortable or unpleasant scenes during the regression, but it's important to remember that the client will receive exactly what you need at that moment. Always remember, the client is in complete and total control here. If any scenes become too overwhelming, I will guide the them to dissociate from the body and observe the scene from above or on a screen to make the experience more manageable.
Death Scene
Although it may seem scary, experiencing the scene of one's own death during a PLR can be incredibly valuable and enlightening. The experience can offer a wealth of knowledge about the emotions, regrets, and wisdom gained from that particular lifetime, and that is truly, a beautiful thing to experience.
Spiritual Guidance
Upon witnessing the moment of passing, we enter a safe spiritual realm that provides a comprehensive perspective of our existence. Here, we gain insight into the reasoning behind our choices in that lifetime, the outcomes they led to, and opportunities for alternative approaches. As we view our past life from a perspective of empathy, compassion, learning, and forgiveness, our human ego dissolves. This realm does not impose judgment; instead, it facilitates healing by allowing us to release negative thought patterns, emotional stagnation, and any hindrances to our personal growth in our present life.
Awakening:
After sending love and gratitude to our guides, angels, and any other spirit helpers, it is time to transition back to the here and now. I will gently guide the client back to the present moment, where they will feel lighter and more grounded.
What happens after a Past Life Regression?
It is common for clients to gain a deeper understanding of their past life in the days and weeks following a regression session. Keeping a journal to document their experience can be a helpful tool for gaining more clarity. Dreams may also provide valuable information. It is recommended to keep a journal nearby to record any additional insights or understandings that may arise. Furthermore, clients are provided with a recording of their session, which they can hold onto and revisit later, perhaps after a few months or even a year, to reflect on the changes and shifts that have occurred in their current life since the regression.
I hope this helps to provide a clear understanding of what a Past Life Regression is and what goes on during a session. My best advice to clients is, come with an open heart and an open mind, and prepare to expect the unexpected. These encounters consistently leave me in awe, and it is an absolute privilege and honor to guide my clients through such a profound and life-changing experience.
Peace & Blessings,
