Join intuitive hypnotist Julie Cruz of Soul Seeker Hypnosis for a gentle and heart-centered group hypnosis experience designed to help you explore the stories, insights, and wisdom that may be waiting just beneath the surface of your conscious mind.

Whether you're curious about past lives, seeking personal insight, exploring a recurring pattern in your life, or simply looking for a unique and meaningful experience, this journey offers a safe and supportive space to relax, reflect, and discover.

Unlike themed journeys that focus on a specific intention, this experience allows you to bring your own question, curiosity, or area of exploration. You may choose to set an intention beforehand or simply arrive with an open heart and allow your subconscious to reveal whatever is most meaningful for you at this time.

*No previous hypnosis experience is necessary.

Many participants report gaining new perspectives, deeper self-understanding, unexpected connections, creative inspiration, or a greater sense of peace and clarity. Every experience is unique, and there is no right or wrong way to journey.

What to Bring:

• Yoga mat and/or blanket for comfort (the journey will take place on hardwood floors)

• Journal and pen for recording insights after the experience

• Water

• An intention, question, curiosity, or simply an open heart

About Hypnosis:

Hypnosis is a natural state of focused relaxation similar to becoming absorbed in a good book, movie, or daydream. You remain aware, in control, and able to remember your experience throughout the session.
